Attractive labeling

The use of the NUTRALYS® pea protein meets consumer labeling requirements concerning food and health standards, notably on food allergies.

  • NUTRALYS® is an ingredient and is labeled as a pea protein or a vegetable protein; 
  • The pea is not on the EU list of major allergens (Codex and EU);
  • The factory is Kosher and Halal certified;
  • The pea protein is included in the positive list of ingredients that can be used in BIO (organic) products in Europe. It can be incorporated in an amount of up to 5%.
