The pea processing in the Roquette ISO 9001 and 22000-certified factory at Vic-sur-Aisne is particularly reliable:

  • The pea flour is obtained by dry grinding,

  • The flour is hydrated,

  • After separation of the starch and fiber, then follow the steps where the protein coagulation occurs when it is purified and carefully dried in an atomizer.
